    Listed price
    The price shown on the listing or booking site. The host has not confirmed it for our dates.
    Confirmed price
    The price the host gave us for our six nights. It is still not a booking.
    Refundable deposit
    Money some hosts hold during the stay and return afterwards if nothing is damaged. In Lagos it is often called “caution”.
    Whole home
    A house, duplex or villa that only our group uses.
    Serviced apartment
    An apartment with hotel-style cleaning and staff.
